Amazon apple airpods 2nd generation. Works with AirPods (2nd generation) and AirPods (1st generation) This is a very poor design from Apple, and I am afraid retailers such as Amazon may hear a mouthful because of this. I would also request the seller to change the product images accordingly, and maybe add a few notes to avoid unnecessary customer backlash. Being a proponent of all things Amazon, I trusted them to not try and pull one over on their customers. No where in the description of this product does it mention that these are REFURBISHED and NOT new as one would expect. When they arrived, the AirPods were packaged as if they came directly off the shelf at the Apple store.
